This time I took up 2 challenges...
The month of February had only one theme - Love. I know it's cheesy. But hey, I'm not the host, k.

But I did have a lot of fun making these designs :)
Take a look!

7 Days Nail Art Challenge

Here's a post after 2 weeks (Thanks to bad health).
One stroke nail art.

So, I tore a ligament in my ankle. Boohoo :'(
I am bed ridden for a while. Recently, one of my very close friends and a nail art enthusiast, came to meet me. And here's what we cooked up.

My sister loves simple and pretty designs. She's not as wierd as me. Lol.
We referenced a lot to get her the perfect design. And look what we came up with.

It's very elegant and pretty. A pastel colour with a dark colour, I was not too sure. But when it all came together, it looked good!

All you'll need is a big dotting tool, or the back side of a paint brush, and a thin paint brush. Whatever colour you pick for your flower, pick a lighter colour from the same family for the centre of the flower. Here's how it's done followed by the outcome.

Let me know what you think. Do give it a try!
Happy nails to you!

What was going in my mind when I did this? Let's find out...

As promised - here is my Sunday post!

If you're a regular here, you'll know that i love florals (after geometric though!).

I used the decal technique here as well. This technique is great coz you can never mess up your nail designs. If you don't know how to make your own decals, check out my DIY Nail Decals post (Click here!) .Here's how I made mine and they're super easy! I used a toothpick for the detailing (no tools needed).

I love floral designs! They look the prettiest and so easy to do. Here's a very off-season design... Hoping we all have a great spring ahead (I think it's too early for that). Anyway, enjoy!!!

Roses - what can go wrong with that?
This pattern has been around for a while. My personal favourite nail art designs are floral ones.

So here's my interpretation of this design. And, sometimes don't you wish Shutterstock images were free?

Turquoise blue and brown is a very underrated colour combination.

Why not nails?
